ABOUT SABORES
Sabores was inspired by my own wedding. I dreamed of an outdoor celebration with a beautiful, personalized bar experience, but I couldn't find exactly what I envisioned. So, I created it myself. What began with handcrafted cocktails and a vintage dresser turned bar has grown into a business centered around creativity, thoughtful details, and helping every client celebrate in a way that feels uniquely their own.
Today, I bring that same care to every event. I love experimenting with flavors inspired by my travels and different cultures, creating custom drink menus that reflect each couple, family, or company I serve. Because no two celebrations are alike, I believe your bar experience shouldn't be either.
Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the Bronx, I've always believed food and drinks have a way of bringing people together. Before launching Sabores, I built a career in marketing, but my heart kept leading me back to hospitality. I love welcoming people, creating meaningful experiences, and making every guest feel like they've found a place where they truly belong.
Whether I'm planning signature cocktails, chatting with guests, or adding the finishing touches to a bar setup, my goal is always the same: to create an experience that feels warm, effortless, and genuinely memorable. Hospitality isn't just what I do, it's who I am.
