Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the Bronx, I created Sabores to bring people together through exceptional hospitality and unforgettable celebrations. My background is in marketing, but serving others has always been at the heart of who I am. I’ve always believed there’s something special about welcoming someone with a friendly smile, a handcrafted drink, and an atmosphere that instantly feels inviting.

My love for travel, food, and discovering flavors from different cultures inspires every menu I create. I enjoy experimenting with fresh ingredients, crafting signature cocktails, and finding creative ways to make each event feel unique to the people celebrating it. Whether it’s an elegant wedding, a lively private party, or a corporate gathering, I love turning your vision into an experience your guests will remember long after the last drink is poured. When I’m not behind the bar, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, leaning into my faith, or enjoying music, dancing, and all things creative.
