What happens after I submit an event inquiry?
After submitting an event inquiry we will get in touch with you to schedule a call and go over any questions or event details we may need to provide you with a quote.
How do I book services?
To book our bar services please submit an event inquiry. We will schedule a call and get back to you with a customized quote. If you want to go ahead with booking, we require a signed contract and half of the deposit down to book and hold the date.
Is alcohol included in your services and packages?
Alcohol is not included in our packages. We are a dry hire bar, and per Massachusetts Alcohol laws not able to provide alcohol. Upon booking our quotes include a detailed alcohol shopping list with types and quantities of alcohol needed for your bar services.
Do you travel outside of Massachusetts?
Currently we only travel within the state of Massachusetts. If you’re having your event in a different state we would love to recommend another mobile bar to have at your event.
Can I add more hours of service to my base package?
Yes! Our minimum package includes 4 hours of service, and more can be added as needed.
My event will have more than 50 guests. Can I add more bartenders?
Yes! We recommend one bartender per 50 guests, when submitting an inquiry let us know how many guests you are expecting and we will add an additional bartender as needed.
Do your packages and services listed include taxes and gratuity?
Our packages don’t include taxes and gratuities. Taxes will be added at invoicing, and 20% suggested gratuity or tip jar can be added at your discretion.
